LUCA ODDO
He began his career in 1984 at the advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather in Milan, where he served as a copywriter and then as Creative Director. In 1990, with three other partners founded Motion Picture House, an advertising, film and TV production company. He worked as a producer and board member for 14 years, leading it to become the second largest company in Italy in terms of size and business scope, extended to communications and events. He worked with leading clients such as Wind, Procter & Gamble, TIM, Nestlé, and others. In 2004, he left Motion Picture House and founded Casta Diva Group as its main partner. He led the Group as president from its London headquarters for 13 years, opening 11 offices in North America, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and Asia, in addition to the Italian one, creating the most extensive film production network for advertising, film, and TV. The world's leading production and communications provider for Procter & Gamble, a client for whom he provided global consulting services, collaborating with the Cincinnati headquarters and the headquarters in Geneva, Singapore, and Santiago, Chile. With the acquisition of Blue Note srl (the Italian branch of the historic New York venue), already listed on the AIM Milan stock exchange, and with a reverse takeover, he listed the Castadiva Group on the stock market. He collaborated in the founding of Dinamo Camp, a pro bono association that represents The Hole in the Wall in Italy, actor Paul Newman's charity, overseeing its communications strategy. In 2019, he left the Casta Diva Group and founded Nexthing Ltd in London, which is now an international consulting firm that has also represented the athlete Marcell Jacobs.
LUCA PIETROBELLI
He built his early career in consulting and corporate environments, working with organisations such as Reply SpA, Bertelsmann Group (via arvato services), Google, and Deutsche Telekom, where he developed strong foundations in strategy, financial transformation, and complex operations, including exposure to large-scale international clients and structured corporate environments.
He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and scaling Three Arches Contractors in London, growing it into a well-structured business with a solid operational backbone, and co-founding Innovatio Online, a digital platform operating across Europe, where he contributed to building a scalable model in a regulated environment.
In parallel, he has worked as an Operating Partner and Strategic Advisor to multiple SMEs and investor-backed companies across the UK and Europe, supporting growth, international expansion, and business transformation across sectors including manufacturing, digital services, media, and regulated platforms, often working closely with leadership teams to define and execute value creation plans.
More recently, he has taken on senior transformation and advisory roles, including leading the turnaround of Tacita Motorcycles, where he stabilised operations and rebuilt core processes, and supporting the international scaling of Nexthing LTD, helping position the business in global markets and strengthen its commercial and operational structure.
